Order Processing
- Orders are processed on business days (Saturday to Thursday), excluding weekends and public holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details.
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate — including building number, apartment, street name, city, and postal code — along with your name and phone number. Incomplete or inaccurate details may cause delays and are the customer's responsibility.
- The store reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot be delivered due to unregistered addresses, unreachable recipients, or refusal of delivery. In such cases, shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
Tracking Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or phone. Please allow up to 4 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your confirmation. For any shipping inquiries, visit our Contact Us page.
Returns & Exchanges
- Contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- We will confirm your request and arrange the pickup or return shipping details with you.
- Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days via your original payment method.
Failed Delivery & Cancellations
If you cannot be reached or refuse delivery for reasons other than an error in your order, the item will be returned and shipping costs will be deducted. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond our control, you will be notified and fully refunded as soon as possible.
